Whole Roasted Cauliflower With Spiced Cannabutter

This whole roasted cauliflower, glazed with aromatic spices makes a great dish for a special occasion or for everyday cooking. It can be the star of the meal as a main or enjoyed as a side dish. If you would like to make it vegan, substitute the cannabutter for a cannaoil & vegetable oil or olive oil.

 1 whole cauliflower, washed & trimmed
 1 tbsp cannabutter
 ¼ cup regular butter
 ½ tsp chili powder
 ½ tsp cumin
 ½ tsp paprika
 ¼ tsp turmeric powder
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400°F/205°C.

Wash & trim the base of the cauliflower, removing the woody stem & leaves.

Combine the butters & the spices together.

Rub the spiced cannabutter all over the cauliflower, place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.

Slice into strips or wedges & serve.
