This is the BEST chocolate salted caramel canna cookie recipe. A mixture of canna-coconut oil & regular coconut oil are the preferred method of infusion but cannabutter can easily be used instead.

 ¼ cup coconut oil, room temperature
 ¼ cup canna-coconut oil, room temperature
 ¾ cup brown sugar
 1 whole egg, room temperature
 1 egg yolk, room temperature
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 1 cup all-purpose flour
  cup cocoa powder
 ½ tsp baking soda
 ¼ tsp salt
 ¾ cup salted caramel chips

Preheat the oven to 350°F /175°C.

In a bowl fitted for a mixer or using a hand mixer, beat together the coconut oils, brown sugar & vanilla. Add the eggs, beat about 1.5 minutes.

In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking soda & salt.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture & mix well. Scrape down sides of the bowl to make sure all ingredients are mixed well. Add the salted caramel chips or any other flavor you desire such as butterscotch or mint chocolate chips.

Lightly spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray or use parchment paper.

Portion cookies using a spoon or portioning scoop. Makes 24-26 cookies. Slightly flatten with your hand.

Bake for 8 minutes for a soft cookie. If you like a crunchier cookie, omit the extra egg yolk & bake 8-10 mins.
