This recipe is one of my go to's when I want a side dish that is simple & easy. Slow roasted carrots made with cannabis olive oil are the perfect no-fuss dish that pairs well with many kinds of main dishes from chicken to steak or make it the star of your vegetarian meal.
Preheat oven to 325°F/160°C.
Scrub carrots or peel if so desired. Toss in a bowl with canna-olive oil, salt, pepper & dill or parsley.
Roasted for approximately 1 hour or until carrots are tender when pierced with a fork.
