This is a great recipe for low temperature (300°F/150°C) baking to preserve all the volatile cannabinoids and terpenes in the mix. Thanks to @eybna for the amazing Pineapple Express #terps! They won’t have much color but when they are done your kitchen will smell amazing! Enjoy!

Ingredients
 1 cup cannabutter, room temperature
 1 cup sugar
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp salt
 1 egg
 0.50 g Eybna Pineapple Express terpenes
 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

Cookie Dough Recipe

Preheat oven to 300°F/150°C.

Using a mixer, beat 1 cup room temp cannabutter for 1 minute.

Add sugar, baking powder & salt. Beat for 30 seconds.

Add egg & Eybna Pineapple Express terpenes. Beat for 30 more seconds.

Slowly the flour until the dough just comes together. Chill dough for 1 hour.

Roll cookies into 1 inch balls & place onto a parchment lined baking sheet/cookie pan. Bake for about 25 minutes (until they barely crack on top).
