Cannabis-infused chocolate marshmallow pops are easy & fun to make. Customize them for any holiday or special occasion.

Mint Chocolate Dipped Marshmallow Pop Edibles

 450 g Bakers semi-sweet chocolate
 2 tbsp cannabutter, melted
 36 large marshmallows
 12 lollipop sticks
 4 crushed candy canes

Place the chocolate into the top pot of a double boiler or into a glass bowl over a boiling pot of water. Stir occasionally as the chocolate melts. Remove from the heat once the chocolate has melted, do not overheat it or it may melt the marshmallows.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Dip the lollipop sticks into a glass of water, shake off the excess & push 3 marshmallows onto each stick. (The water helps the marshmallows to slide onto the sticks without getting sticky.)

Melt the cannabutter in the microwave. Add the cannabutter to the melted chocolate & use a rubber spatula to stir well, scrape down the sides & stir again to ensure the cannabutter is evenly dispersed. Pour the chocolate into a tall thin glass.

Dip the marshmallows into the chocolate, shake the excess chocolate back into the cup, scrape one side of the marshmallows on the side of the glass. (As the level of the chocolate goes down, use a spoon to help cover the marshmallows)

Place the scraped side down onto the parchment-lined cookie sheet, immediately sprinkle with the crushed candy canes.

Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature, enjoy right away or package some up as a gift!
