Easy Infused Marinated Onions

Marinated onions are quick & easy to make, allow them to rest at room temperature for a couple of hours and you will have a tasty infused topping that you can add to burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches or anything else your heart desires.

Yields12 Servings

 1 large red onion. sliced
 ½ cup canna-olive oil
 ¼ cup white or red wine vinegar
 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 1 tsp dried oregano
 sea salt, to taste
 fresh cracker pepper, to taste

Sliced the onions 1/4 inch thick into rings, then cut in half. Place into a medium-sized glass bowl.

Toss the onions with the rest of the ingredients.

Marinate up to 2 hours at room temperature. Marinate up to 24 hours in a covered container in the fridge.

Keep up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
