Easy Cookies and Cream Infused Fudge

Fudge is a classic candy from the 1800's & with all the new flavourings & toppings, it is even more decadent than ever before. Made with just a few simple ingredients & weed butter, this is a treat that anyone with a sweet tooth will love. It makes the perfect gift for that hard to shop for friend or family member.

 525 g white chocolate baking squares or melting wafers
 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
 ¼ cup cannabutter
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 1 pinch salt
 12 cream filled cookies, cut into 4 or 6 pieces

Place white chocolate chips, cannabutter & salt into a bowl fitted for a double boiler or over a bain-marie (water bath). Melt & mix together.

Stir in the condensed milk & vanilla until completely blended. Stir in the chopped cookies until just blended.

Pour into an 8x8" baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy removal. Refrigerate until set. Cut into desired sizes.
