Easy Cannabutter Pistachio Fudge or as I also like to call it, Faded Fudge! This recipe is made extra tasty with marshmallow fluff, instant pudding mix & loads of freshly chopped pistachios.
Line an 8" x 8" pan with parchment paper or use a silicone mold.
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the cannabutter, salt & white chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk. Stir to prevent burning.
Add the pistachio pudding mix, stir until the mixture becomes smooth.
Remove from the heat, stir in the vanilla extract & green food colour if you want a darker green. Fold in the marshmallow fluff & half of the chopped pistachios.
Pour the fudge into the prepared pan & sprinkle with the remaining pistachios.
Allow the fudge to set at room temperature or place fudge in the fridge. Once the fudge has set, remove from the pan & cut into desired sizes. Store in an airtight container.
