Easy Campfire Cannabis Tacos

Yields12 Servings
Prep Time1 hrCook Time30 minsTotal Time1 hr 30 mins

12 soft or hard taco shells
Beef Taco Meat
 1 large white onion, chopped
 2 lbs ground beef
 1 package taco seasoning
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp chili powder
 salt & pepper, to taste
Toppings
 ¾ cup shredded lettuce
¾ cup tomato, seeds removed, diced
 ½ cup marble cheese, shredded
 sour cream
 salsa
THC or CBD oil, desired amount

1

Build a fire & let it burn for 30 minutes to 1 hour to get some good coals. You don't want a big raging fire, keep it small & the flames low. Place a metal grill or 1-2 planks of wood on top. (The planks should be as flat as possible & as wide or a bit wider than the bottom of the cast iron pan)

2

Place the ground beef in the cast iron pan & place on the grill or wood. Use a long metal spatula to mix the beef around as it cooks. Once it's started to cook add in the onions.

3

Once the meat filling is cooked. Remove from the heat using a silicone oven mitt or slide the pan onto another wooden plank. Allow the pan to cool a bit, drain off the excess fat.

4

Stir in the spices & at this point, you can add in the THC or CBD oil if you want the whole recipe infused. If you want to dose individually, add the THC or CBD oil to each taco.

5

Scoop the filling into the taco shells, (add the infused oil if dosing individually) add the cheese & veggies then sour cream & salsa.
