Cannabis Infused Chicken Liver Pâté With Lavender & Buckwheat Honey

Pâté can be eaten the day it's made, but you will find it even more flavorful when eaten a day or two later. Chicken livers are blended with cannabutter & milk to make it smooth & creamy then drizzled with buckwheat honey with a sprinkle of fresh culinary lavender.

 275 g chicken Livers
 ½ cup cannabutter
 1 shallot, finely chopped
 2 cloves garlic
 2 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
 sea satl, to taste
 pepper, to taste
 1 pinch sugar
 ¼ cup milk
 buckwheat honey, garnish
 culinary lavender, garnish

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, sauté garlic & shallots until clear & tender.

Add chicken livers, season with salt, pepper & sugar. Continue to sauté for 5 minutes until the chicken livers are fully cooked.

In a blender, blend cooked ingredients on medium speed for 1 minute until smooth.

Turn your blender to low & slowly pour the milk to make a creamy mixture. The consistency should be that of a loose peanut butter.

Once fully blended, taste & adjust the seasoning before pouring into a jar. Chill for 30 minutes to fully set.

Spread on your favorite crackers & garnish with a drizzle of honey before topping with lavender.

If you are planning on not using your parfait right away, melt a small amount of butter and pour it on top to create a seal.
