Buzznana Bread - Banana Bread Made With Cannabutter

My all-time favourite loaf to munch on is banana bread! So naturally, I am inclined to add cannabis to it. I present to you buzznana bread. Feel free to add a cup of nuts, berries or chocolate chips to the batter before baking for another flavour or texture.

 ½ cup cannabutter, room temperature
 ½ cup sugar
 2 eggs, room temperature
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 4 large overripe bananas
 ½ cup whole milk, warmed
 2 cups all-purpose flour
 1 tsp baking soda
 ½ tsp sea salt

Preheat oven to 350ºF/175ºC. Grease a 10" loaf pan or 2 smaller loaf pans.

In a medium bowl fitted for a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, cream cannabutter & sugar together until fluffy.

Beat in eggs one at a time, add vanilla & mix until fluffy.

MIx in mashed bananas & milk.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda & salt together.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan, bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
