My all-time favorite loaf to munch on is banana bread! So naturally, I am inclined to add cannabis to it. I present to you, buzznana bread.
A lot of times when I buy bananas, I get extra, just so I can make banana bread! I have experimented with many different recipes but this is one of my go-to’s. Some of the recipes I have tried in the past are too sweet for my liking, for this reason, there is only a half cup of sugar but 4 bananas which make it super tasty and moist.
Feel free to add a cup of nuts, berries or chocolate chips. When adding berries into a loaf or cake batter, place the fresh or frozen berries into a small bowl with a tablespoon of flour and toss them together. This helps to suspend the berries into the batter and prevent them from sinking to the bottom before the loaf is baked. Cinnamon is also a delicious addition to this recipe if that interests you! Store the loaf in a sealed container in the fridge or it will freeze beautifully as well.
Cannabutter Banana Bread Recipe
Preheat oven to 350ºF/175ºC. Grease a 10″ loaf pan or 2 smaller loaf pans.
In a medium bowl fitted for a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, cream cannabutter & sugar together until fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, add vanilla & mix until fluffy.
MIx in mashed bananas & milk.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda & salt together.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
